What if I needed my promotional products yesterday?

We wish we could work magic—but as good as we are, we can’t deliver yesterday! That said, we can often ship your order as soon as tomorrow, and in some cases, that’s our standard production speed.

If you’re working with a tight deadline, give us a call right away. We have access to thousands of products that can be produced and shipped in 1–3 business days, and many are marked with our “rush” icon for easy spotting. Rush orders are kind of our thing—we love the challenge.

A quick note on what makes rush orders work:

While we do have in-house decoration capabilities (which gives us a serious advantage over competitors), it still takes time for blank goods to arrive from the warehouse. And decoration isn't as quick as printing something from your desktop—it’s a production process.

To make rush orders successful, here's what we need from you:

• Final artwork (vector files work best)

• Confirmed colors and overall budget

• Immediate proof approval (no waiting on another department or a budget approval)

• Prompt payment

Every minute counts. If we say at 10:00 AM that we can take on your rush order, but the approval or payment doesn’t come through until 3:00 PM, the window may close.

Will there be a rush fee?

Sometimes, yes. It depends on the item and timeline. But we’ll always be transparent about costs and timing upfront.

One last thing…

We guarantee your order will ship on time from our end. However, once it’s in the hands of the carrier, things like extreme weather or routing errors can happen (thankfully, not often). That said—we’ve literally sent a courier to another state to get order to the event on time. When we say we go the extra mile, we mean it.
