Will I see a proof?

Absolutely! Once the artwork and payment are received, all orders receive a digital mockup and a formal proof. Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!

What is a Setup Charge?

This is a nominal fee that applies to most orders with an imprint. This charge is for labor, calibrating, and preparing the equipment or machinery for production.

What is a Screen Charge?

Most products require a screen/plate to apply a custom imprint. Multi-color artwork requires screens for each color. This is a one-time charge per product, per imprint. New artwork will require new screens and charges.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $350, not including shipping or rush charges.

What kind of artwork can I send? And, what if I don't have artwork?

No worries! Send us whatever you have on hand. Our experienced team will transform your materials into precisely what you need—at no cost. Lacking artwork? Simply share your vision with us, and we'll bring it to life for you—complimentary. While most promotional product companies charge for such services, we offer this outstanding value absolutely free! (applies to promotional product orders only; graphic design for print orders is billed separately)
